The price of the print reflects how much of the edition has sold out. As the edition nears the end of its run, the price will rise to reflect the scarcity of it. This is to encourage you to buy sooner rather than later of course, but it is also to reflect the investment you have made in any image purchase.

I am confident that you will be pleased with the quality of the print, and offer a liberal return policy to assure you. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, simply return the print within seven days of delivery for a full refund minus the shipping and handling charges. These prints are available for purchase only on this website and as such, offer the photographic collector good value and the opportunity to purchase a print directly from the artist's studio.

Initialed Open Edition Prints are printed on photographic paper and matted in an off white, 4-ply acid free matte. Open Edition Prints are initialed on the front of the matte as well as on the print itself, in verso. All Open Edition Matted Prints fit standard frames.

Terms

The following terms and conditions apply to all fine art print purchases and will form the basis of the contract between you and Jeffrey Donovan Photography.

Payments

1. Full payment for all print purchases are due at the time of placing the order.

2. We accept payment by credit card via Paypal.

Return Policy

3. In order to guarantee your satisfaction in your purchase, we accept returns on fine art print purchases for up to seven days after you receive them. Simply return the print in original undamaged condition with the letter of authenticity in the original packing and we will refund you the full cost of the print. We will not return the cost of shipping and handling. Customers will also cover the shipping and handling costs of returning the prints to us.

4. Seven days after delivery all sales are final.

Fullfillment

5. In most cases fine art prints are printed on demand. Please allow a lead time of 2-3 weeks before orders are processed and available to be shipped to you. As I oversee every aspect of the printing and packaging process and personally sign each print, the lead time can vary depending on my availability.

6. When you inquire about purchasing a print we will be able to give a more precise estimate of the lead time. If in the rare event that we cannot fulfill your order by this date we will notify you by e-mail.

Shipping

7. An exact price for shipping and handling will be provided at the time of purchase.

8. Shipments for domestic and international purchases are shipped via FedEx and originate from my studio in the Philadelphia area. The cost of shipment and the time of arrival depend on the destination. Upon shipping your order you will be notified via email with a tracking number.
